"My Samsung TV Has Finally Landed"
It finally showed up! I got myself a Samsung TV, the SAMSUNG QE55Q60BAUXXU 55" Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR QLED TV, which works with Bixby, Alexa, and Google Assistant. I ordered it on February 2nd, but it took a bit longer to get here. The delivery guy was super nice and really helpful. The TV is absolutely stunning, and I'm really happy with my buy!

"Awesome Television"
So, the prices are pretty sweet, way better than anywhere else online. The delivery took a bit longer than expected, and I had some trouble reaching out to customer service, but in the end, James handled everything and got it to me the very next day. I was a bit anxious after seeing the latest review, but they really came through, and I’m super pleased with the TV.

"Caution: Family Business with Poor Service"
While it might be a family-run operation, the lack of communication and updates is just awful. We placed an order for a TV on January 26, 2023, and here we are, three weeks later, without a single update (it was meant to ship within a week)!

Reaching anyone is nearly impossible, and when we finally did manage to get through (about a week back), we were informed that the delivery courier might swing by our area the next week, and they (smartappliances) would send an email to confirm.

Still waiting, and our cash is just tied up with them as we sit here...

Not sure if this is a scam or what, but we’re definitely looking into it.

We really want to support small and family-owned businesses, but it’s gotta be a two-way street!

We’ll be trying to get a refund, but right now, it’s impossible to even start that conversation with anyone.

So far, this has been a really frustrating experience!

"This Company is a Total Joke!"
This company is a complete joke! They claim to be a family-run business, but it took them 4 to 8 days to deliver, or so they said. I shot them an email asking how long it would take if I placed an order, and they told me to order today and I'd have it by early next week. Well, that was last Wednesday, and now it’s the following Friday. I tried the live chat, but surprise, surprise—no one was online. So, I sent an email, but no response. I kept sending more emails as the days dragged on, asking what happened to my order since I hadn’t even received a call about delivery. They said they’d look into it that day, but still nothing. Eventually, I got someone on live chat again. When I inquired about my delivery, they said it wasn’t their department handling it. I told them it sounded like no one was taking care of it, and their response was that they just issued me a refund. Still waiting on that, by the way. I suspect they think the TV I wanted has gone up in price and are hoping I’ll reorder. Who knows what’s going on in their heads? Like I said, they’re a joke!

After I placed my order, they sent me an email to verify the model of my TV, just to double-check that I was ordering the right cable. I made the order around lunchtime and got it the very next day. "Awesome support for a minor issue."
Fantastic after-sales service! I purchased a Samsung QLED 43" television. The delivery went just as they said it would, and I made sure to power it on and test it out. I didn’t opt for the extra setup service, and I realized that a smart remote wasn’t included as I had anticipated. I shot an email to Smart, and within a day of James addressing my concern, I received the right remote via special delivery. The price was unbeatable, over £100.00 less than what I found elsewhere (£469 for a TV that was originally £599). The TV came in a plain box, but it was sealed and inspected. Smart had a deal on surplus stock, but honestly, there’s nothing wrong with their items. I’ll definitely check them out first from now on.
